I do not consider myself a chef in the traditional sense — rather, a food artist presenting ideas through edible concepts. While I have a fulfilling career in the energy sector, cooking is a passion I deeply enjoy. I love to curate a limited number of dining events for like-minded individuals — because of that, quality is always my highest priority.

Over the years, I kept a detailed journal of recipes and techniques that now spans more than 300 pages — filled with ratios, timing notes, experimental results, flavour ideas and small sketches of dishes before they came to life. Through repetition came refinement. Through refinement, a growing confidence in my craft and my voice.

All enquiries are handled personally. For anything not covered here, reach out directly — every occasion begins with a real conversation.

For private dining and tasting menus, I recommend enquiring a minimum of three to four weeks in advance. For larger events, galas and corporate occasions, six to eight weeks is ideal. Availability is limited each month by design — earlier is always better.
Every engagement begins with a personal consultation — your guests, the occasion, any dietary requirements and the atmosphere you wish to create. The menu is then designed in the days before your event around the finest seasonal ingredients available that week. Nothing is fixed in advance until I know what is exceptional at that moment.
Yes — and with genuine depth. My Veggitude Flora Table is an award-winning vegan fine dining menu, recognised at GlobalChefs Singapore 2025. Dietary requirements across all formats are accommodated thoughtfully, not as an afterthought. Please share your guests' requirements during the initial consultation.
Yes. I work at your home, your estate, your office, an outdoor space or a private venue of your choosing. My team arrives fully prepared with all equipment, mise en place and ingredients. Your kitchen is returned exactly as we found it. You experience only the meal.
Yes — curated wine pairings, sake selections and non-alcoholic beverage pairings can be arranged in coordination with specialist sommeliers upon request. Please indicate this preference during the initial consultation.
When I speak of high-quality ingredients, I am not referring to those with the highest price tags. I value produce that is seasonal, distinctive and rich in character — often humble vegetables and herbs chosen for their uniqueness rather than their luxury status. My purpose is to create a truly memorable taste experience without relying on extravagance for its impact.

I am moving toward a more wholesome, farm-to-table direction as I grow. Sourcing the right ingredients is never easy — especially for a small setup — but I like the journey. It is a training of patience and self-discovery.

In 2028, I plan to create a dedicated private dining space in Singapore — a weekend supper club where more people, whether solo or in small groups, can join, share a table and enjoy a relaxed, sociable meal. Warm, casual and thoughtfully made.
